How soon can I get my order?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days, exceptions being around the Christmas and Sale periods for which please allow 28 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regretably no delivery service is infallable, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
Pink Kite P&P calculations
Our P&P charge is £5 for a standard size package sent within the UK. If your order is larger than standard size or outside the UK we will call you to discuss postage options before processing your order. 

Returns and Exchanges

We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 2 days and return the goods to: Pink Kite, 4 Fore Street, Fowey, PL23 1AQ

We would strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellation

We may cancel an order at any time before delivery. We will of course advise you.

Sale

Sale continues whilst stocks last. Subject to availability. Sale items can be returned for exchange only. Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.

What payment methods are accepted by Pink Kite Ltd?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo (except Amex) and Switch debit cards. If paying by cheque please make them payable to 'Pink Kite Ltd'. Please note: If paying by cheque, we require 7 working days for cheques to clear before we will dispatch your order.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is taken from your account when the order is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

What happens to the item I have ordered that are currently out of stock?

The item which is out of stock at the time of ordering will go onto a back order and as soon as the items come into stock, you will be advised. Payment will be taken from the account and the order will be dispatched. Postage is only charged to the initial order.
